Where every dollar will go

Three pillars. One mission.

Each pillar addresses a documented community need with structured application, approval, and follow-up. Our planned 50/25/25 funding split makes the entrepreneur pillar the engine — because lifted entrepreneurs become tomorrow's givers.

Pillar I · 50%

Launchpad

The Engine. First-generation Gulf Coast entrepreneurs already working hard. Micro-grants $500–$5,000 with mentor match and 90-day accountability.

Pillar II · 25%

Comfort & Dignity

The Village. Seniors 65+ on the Gulf Coast facing financial need or documented crisis. Companion visits, home repair, emergency relief, hospice presence.

Pillar III · 25%

The Next Generation. Children & families in Mobile County school districts. Supplies, scholarships, holiday support, partnerships.

The split

Why 50/25/25.

Most foundations split funds evenly across categories because it feels fair. We weight toward the entrepreneur pillar because it is the only pillar that compounds: a lifted entrepreneur creates jobs, pays taxes, gives back, and lifts others. Comfort & Dignity and Next Generation are not afterthoughts — they are essential commitments — but they are not multipliers in the same way.

The 50/25/25 split is a planning target. Each cycle's actual allocation depends on the applications received, the urgency of needs, and the Compassion Fund reserve. We will publish actual ratios against this target in every annual report.
